Исчисляемое и неисчисляемое

  • Помогите разобраться, пожалуйста. Currency может быть исчисляемым и неисчисляемым. Когда currencies исчисляемое- это значит разные валюты?
    А когда неисчислямое currency - денежная система конкретной страны?

    The noun currency can be countable or uncountable.

    In more general, commonly used, contexts, the plural form will also be currency.

    However, in more specific contexts, the plural form can also be currencies e.g. in reference to various types of currencies or a collection of currencies.

    Examples

    Citizens of all EU countries have been exchanging dollars for euros, as acceptability of the currency has plunged.
    Iraq's currency has lost so much of its value that it takes enormous wads of it to buy anything of value.
    It was cryptic, but currency markets traders knew exactly what the G7, or more precisely, Mr Snow, was driving at.
    Convert money in Armenian Dram to and from foreign currencies using up to date exchange rates.
    All four of those countries, unlike other major economies are expected to avoid debasing their currencies by moving towards quantitative easing.
