  • Paraphrase the following so as to use infinitive complexes: 1.It seems they have heard all about it. 2."What have I done? Why should it have happened to me?" she thought (to have). 3.It is reported that the flood has not caused much damagedto the crop. 4.We hope that the steps will be taken in this direction (to expect).

  • В предложениях 1 и 3 употребляем инфинитивный оборот COMPLEX SUBJECT.
    То есть They seem to ... The flood is reported not to ...

    В предложении 4 употребляем инфинитивный оборот COMPLEX OBJECT. То есть We expect the steps to ...

    А вот с предложением 2 мне лично непонятно. Вроде тут все на месте и ничего менять не надо (С какой стати это произошло именно со мной?).
