    5. Your letter is not clear at all. I can’t understand it.

  • Ещё бы знать, что означает «позитивнее», не так в лоб, что ли? Возможно, так?
    1 I am afraid I can't help...
    3 We will supply the goods immediately after the payment
    5 I am afraid I couldn't quite understand your letter.

  • Я думаю, что речь идет о сослагательном наклонении с I wish.
    Тогда фраза звучала бы не так атегорично и грубо. что ли.

    1. Sorry ,I have no idea about it, as it’s not my responsibility.---Сказал, как обухом по голове.
    А если сказать так" I wish It were my responsibility. The I would have some idea to tell you about it."

    4. I’m sorry I didn’t respond to you in time. I was too busy.---Не грубо, но категорично. Я был занят, поэтому никаких больше вопросов.
    А если сказать помягче, например, "I wish I had not been busy. Then I would have responded you in time".
