    Как это так? Это все равно, что сказать, Подъезжая к станции, ветер сдул с головы шляпу. Нормально звучит фраза?
    Поэтому ее надо переделать.

    Если государство финансирует людей которые имеют депрессию то оно тратить деньги и значить экономика будет слабой.(Это смысл предложения)

    Я говорю что это плохо что работодатель отказывает людям в вакансии из-за возраста.Потому что люди находятся в депрессии и государство тратит деньги для лечения.Экономика становится хуже.
