    Не совсем поняла Ваше предложение изначально. Возможно, стоит составить предложение так: My interest in studies led me to the Moscow University.
    Ну, и соответственно вопросы к нему:
    Did your interest in studies lead you to the Moscow University?
    Did your interest in studies lead you to the Moscow University or to the St. Petersburg State University?
    Your interest in studies led you to the Moscow University, didn’t you?
    Where did your interest in studies lead you?
    What did lead you to the Moscow University?
