  • как перевести это на английский? например
    It always "режет слух" when I hear her saying "in America" when she means only the USA.
    In state that it annoys by its obvious wrongness. Correct me if I'm making mistakes)

  • Google переводит как jarring. Поиск в Google по запросу "It's always jarring" выдает 9 420 результатов. Думаю, вполне употребимое слово.
